PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Completed six years of training in 3D modeling and four years of work/study in Unity and Unreal game engines. Prepared to offer expert knowledge and a willingness to start at an entry level to transition into the 3d virtualization field. Current focus is on industries that require robust simulation development. Provide consultation, training and application development for medium to large-scale businesses. Clarendon CR Design focusses on the online delivery of sales and marketing simulations and gamification based training modules. Development platform consists of Unity 3D Game Engine for environments and C# for Unityscript coding. Using Autodesk 3DS Max for model building and customization.

Perform training for all Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well as Captivate, Acrobat, LiveCycle Designer and Photoshop Lightroom. Notable students include the USAF instructors at Tinker Airforce Base and the teachers and instructional designers of Moore-Norman Technology Centers. Both bi-annual training events helped to provide new users with the intro to advanced skills necessary to create leading edge computer-based training courseware and standalone web delivered course content modules.

Classroom Instructor, Contract
Function as creative software specialist for Midwest to West Coast training events outside of their Atlanta training facility. Perform classroom training for all Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well as Captivate, Acrobat and Photoshop Lightroom. Notable students included the Public Relations division of USMC at Camp Pendleton and the Public Relations staff of USMC Logistics Base at Barstow CA. Marine Corps participants developed basic to advanced video editing and compositing skills to enhance their productions toward the highest professional levels and to assist them in transitioning to an Adobe Creative Cloud suite-based editing solution.


FOSTER JOHNSON STUDIOS, Glendale, CA – 2/1993 to 12/2013
Marketing and Creative Director
Performed creative management and development for corporate clients and individual creative artists. Functioned initially as Art Director then as corporate Creative Director. Transitioned to Marketing Director later. Focus was on Internet project development including the shooting and production of Internet video and photography.

Notable clients include Stanford University Graduate School of Business. At Stanford GSB was tasked with the standardization of internal Microsoft office templates to follow Stanford branding and style guidelines throughout all Microsoft Office products in use by staff. At Radian Labs met the challenge to bring in-house sales and marketing material to a professional level. This was achieved by improving overall look and feel and by including 3D models to better illustrate the technical advantages of Radian's patented impact products. University of Southern California a long-term project included the custom development of the website for the Department of English, Creative Writing program. The completed development created a stronger and more inviting public facing information site. The unique hand coded design resulted in improved exposure and enhanced recruiting rates.

From 2000 and onward, created custom web sites that focused on newly released books to provide greater sales opportunities above publishing house book tours and public relations efforts for authors Dinah Lenney, Carol Muske-Dukes and Chris Abani. At this early period of interactive animations; produced a promo where the book appeared in 3D and the viewer was able to flip the book to read the back cover. The back cover included a still photo of the author which after a short pause transitioned to the first frame of an author's personal video about the book. Created website and social media connections for musician and composer Patrice Rushen.

Corporate onsite employment and contracts included; Creative Director and Director of Technical Writing at PARASOFT, Monrovia, CA - 3/2002 to11/2002. Senior Art Director at VERIZON, Carlsbad, CA - 10/1999 to 2/2001. Notable project at Verizon included the interface development and the design of a prospective customer phone number data capture that reduced home page fall-off from 83 percent to averages below 50 percent. Senior Art Director at WARNER BROS HOME VIDEO, Burbank, CA - 7/1997 -12/1997.Managed the conversion of the entire legacy library on VHS to Warner Hits branding systems in preparation for future deployment to DVD and laser disc packaging. Senior Art Director at DISNEY ONLINE, North Hollywood, CA - 6/1996 - 6/1997. Created early interface of Disney Store, managed daily development of Disney Kid News, and developed interface elements for Theme Park Tickets which laid the foundation for the eventual top selling method of online park and resort ticket sales. Graphic Designer/Interactive Art Director at MCCANN-ERICKSON, San Francisco, CA - 5/1993 - 5/1996. Produced the first digital interface for Wells Fargo Online and became the first Interactive Art Director in the North America region.
